About us
Best FM is an oldies radio station that began broadcasting in 2007.
Best FM was created in response to market demand for a format targeting listeners aged 30–65 with average to higher living standards—according to research, the second-strongest group on the Slovak market. These listeners show strong purchasing habits for both fast-moving and durable goods. Best FM prioritises quality news and great music. The station focuses on the biggest hits of the 1980s and 1990s while also playing iconic oldies from the 1960s and 1970s. Best FM features classic hits, including Czech and Slovak music. Listeners receive quality information every half hour from 6:00 to 18:00, with each news block including up-to-date weather and traffic reports. Best FM has nationwide coverage across the Slovak Republic.
